In 2005, 2 Shea Charters launched in the Tampa Bay area, running a single engine 24-ft. center console boat. With consistency and integrity, Captain TJ grew his passion to now offer experiences on four boats, including a custom 42-ft. Dorado luxury sport fish along with a 34-ft. Southport center console, a 46 Coast Guard certified Newton Dive Special and a 30-ft Coast Guard certified Island Hopper Dive Special.

For our scuba and fishing charters, Captain TJ and his crew have received local and regional recognition in a variety of magazines, internet information boards, and television appearances. We are fortunate to have the most sought after sponsorships in the industry, which allow for our clients to have an experience unlike any other. While we our proud of this recognition, our greatest credential is the sheer number of repeat clients from all over the world!

When asked what Captain TJ does with his downtime, he responded, “When I’m not helping clients reel in a great catch, or explore the depths, I can be found looking through my mask for my next super-secret spot or hooking my kids, Addisen and Colin, on their dads passion. When you do what you love, getting up to go to work each day is a blessing.”
